I Like

 

I like Thursday is a great time to stop and think about all the things I am grateful about.  In general, I am grateful for my life.  I like to think that my attitude is always grateful.  These blog posts make me think about specifics.  

Lately, I have been thinking a lot about my friends.  I am so grateful for old friends and new friends!  What a joy it is to have such great people in my life!

I am grateful for eyes that see.  I am grateful for a phone that takes good photos.  I am grateful for all the beautiful nature I can see when I walk through our neighbourhood.

I enjoyed watching Transantlic on Netflix this past week.  It is a limited series based on a true story.  

I like taking part with the wonderful bloggers that join LeeAnna every week to be grateful.

Lovely flower and I especially like to see bees. I've noted that series, we are always on the lookout for good shows.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
