Journal play
I spend a lot of time playing in my art journal. I love to listen to podcasts while doing so. I don't very often post about my journal pages because they aren't overly special. They are a way for me to relax and absorb what I am listening to. They are therapy and a time to joyfully create. What they look like is really unimportant. Couldn't we all use a little time like that!
