Mandala Monday
This is a mixed-media mandala to be sure. The circle base was painted with acrylic paint. I then added a doily that was painted with watercolour. Next, a kirigami paper cut with some glitter added to it. Finally, a die cut was added. Creating mandalas this way isn't quite as meditative for me. Possibly because there isn't the repetition that is involved in the drawn/painted mandalas. I still like it and enjoy creating in this way. I am so grateful I can be creative in multiple ways.
