Work in Progress Wednesday


 I love playing with watercolour.  This butterfly could probably use more work but I am ready to move on.  Or am I?  I am thinking about what I learned from this.  Can I incorporate any of it into my stitched work?  Mandala painting?  At the very least it was an enjoyable exercise and I am good with that.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
