Work in Progress Wednesday
Well, maybe this isn't going to be as interesting as I thought! It is the straight line of the fibres that is bothering me. I will definitely not be stitching them down in a straight line! It has been a while since I worked on a scroll. I find scrolls to be so relaxing. I went through my magnificent stash of fibres and picked out some to stitch down. I must play with them a bit. Maybe I could add knots to them. Maybe I could separate the bundle in a few places. Maybe I could use beads to couch the fibres down. All of these fabric squares were painted, printed, and otherwise decorated by me. There is always a certain amount of pleasure in using my own fabrics!
