What about hot cross buns or other special cookies? share your recipe? This is the first year that I am hosting Easter dinner. My MIL has always done it in the past. I am making a turkey. Family members are contributing to most of the other things. I don't want to spend all day in the kitchen. Fair is fair. We buy the giant Kinder Surprise eggs for our grandchildren. They seem to enjoy them. We usually make them hunt for them. They enjoy that just as much. We bought Lindor chocolates for the adults. My hubby likes hot cross buns and usually buys a package when he does the groceries. I am not a big fan of them.
