blog candy for December

Starting tomorrow I will be posting a page a day from an abecedary book I created.  I will post a new picture each day.  That will make over one hundred posts this year!  Wow!  I didn\t know that I had that much art to show and that much to say!


So, in honour of my hundred posts and it being Christmas time I am going to send out a package of transfer foil to a lucky commentor.  All you have to do is leave a comment on any or all December blog posts and your name is entered into the draw.   If there are lots of comments I will draw more names! 

Transfer foil is really hard to photograph!

    Nice blog! I've been using alcohol inks to make altered domino pins for an up coming craft fair. I love the alcohol inks!! They're amazing!! Haven't tried them on paper or anything other than the dominoes though.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
