bead journal project for June

This bead journal project is very enjoyable.  I was concerned that I would not be able to keep up with it.  I am finding that I am very keen on getting each month finished though.  I had June finished at least a week ago!  I will start on July soon.  There is a fair amount of beading on this but you do have to look closely to see it as I was working monotones.  I looked forever to find the shell slices.  Aren't they great?

Oh this turned out so beautiful! Love those sliced shells and how you attached them. All those little knots...wow! Can't wait to see July's :)

Indeed, the shell slices are fabulous... BUT,by themselves they are a 5; whereas WITH your fiber and bead embellishments they are a 10++++ (that's on a scale of 0-10)!!! Really, your embroidery fascinates me... mixed stitches, mixed threads... all working together to bring forward design and flow and a feeling of calm (in this case). BRAVO!!!!
