My son bought these really cool light sticks. Being the good son that he is he let make take some photos of them. I think they are gorgeous. It was tempting to cut open the sticks and paint with the glowing fluid. mmm

I am not a gardener but I do love flowers. It is so much fun for me to get out my macro lens and spend time photographing flowers up close and personal. I am linking with http://www.shinethedivinecreativityisaspiritualpractice.com/ and http://macromonday2.blogspot.ca/
How did it get to be December! I really meant to fill in the big gaps in my November slice! I still might. We will see how it goes. I got a lot of other stitching done in November so I guess that distracted me from this project. There is only one slice left to stitch on this project and I find myself jumping ahead to next year. I wonder if I want to do another monthly project like this for next year. I like having a monthly project. I might consider doing a mixed-media instead of stitching. Not that I couldn't incorporate some stitching into that though. I have no clear idea at this point and that's okay. I have to get through the holidays! I bet you could paint with them Angie but I wonder how long the colour/light would last. Methinks it would be fugitive after a short time.
ReplyDeleteI bet you could paint with that stuff but methinks it would be fugitive after a short period of time. It would be worth having a go just so you know.
