kaleidoscope

Earlier I posted an image I created using my Ipad and an application called Silk.  It is a fun little app to use!  I knew I could take that image further using Kaleidoscope Kreator.  I wish I owned shares in that company!  This is what I created!  I can imagine printing it on fabric and then adding beads and stitching.  Yummy!

I love this! Hope you'll be sharing more of these mandala/kaleidoscope designs in the future as you play with your cool toys. :)

Hey Angela. Hadn't heard of Kaleidoscope Kreator before, so looked it up and downloaded a free trial version that I am now playing with and I am soooo glad I visited your blog (from TAST) and found out about this!! Even with the watermark and without any of the add-ons it's still lots of fun. Thank you:))

Slow Stitching Sunday

 Working on another wool mandala.  It is a pleasure to have the wool on my lap now that the weather has turned colder.  I started this project back in the summer and didn't enjoy working on it so much then.  I wonder if I can complete this project this winter.  There are fifteen wool mandalas to do.  It doesn't seem likely that I will.  I could be wrong.  I don't want to put any undue pressure on myself.  There is no deadline.  The spring might be cool enough to continue working on it.   My but I do jump into the future.  Slow stitching really helps me to be present.  I am so grateful that stitching is such a balm for my soul.  We all need to have something that does that for us.   I am linking to https://kathysquilts.blogspot.com/
