Stitching as mark making

I think the stitching adds interest to this monoprint.  Truthfully the print isn't all that interesting without it!  The silk thread is a dream to use in stitching as is the silk fabric.  I am not sure if I will add more stitching or leave it as is.

I like it as is, very subtle. Might make a good background for a simple shape of some sort too :-)

I have used a few different brands; Kreinik, Splendor by Rainbow Gallery and another brand I don't remember the name.

I like the simplicity of this piece. One can imagine the circles as bubbles floating in the air.
