Work in Progress Wednesday

My animal print fabric book has definitely been a challenge.  I have learned much from it.  This page spread was looking like a hot mess but I wasn't willing to give up on it.  Admittedly I thought about completely covering it with another piece of fabric until I decided to try one more thing.  I used some watered down acrylic ink in a spray bottle and sprayed the whole page.  What did I have to lose?  Nothing, and I like the page a whole lot more now.  Certainly it could be better but I am willing to take the lessons and move on.

Once, I've used some watered down acrylic ink in a spray bottle and sprayed on to the fabric. The outcome was perfect!
Have a great day,

This kind of design has become an 'I spy' page. Prints are half hidden behind paint and stitches. I think it is fun!
