Work in Progress Wednesday

My September Crazy Quilt block is finished.  A bit late but that isn't the end of the world.  The fall colours are very pleasing.  I should have stabilized the silk before stitching it.  Silk is lovely to stitch through but it can be unwieldy.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
