Slow Stitching Sunday

It feels good to have the holidays done and get back to a more normal routine.  I was able to get some stitching done on this piece this week.  I have photographed a small section where I have added my embroidery.  The piece is more than double the size shown but this is the only section where I have added some stitching.  So far that is.  It is such a cheerful piece to working on in the winter!

This is the perfect project to work on in the middle of the winter when we need to see colour more than usual!

Such bright colors. It would be a nice piece to cheer up a dreary winter day.

That looks very interesting, I hope you will show more of the project as it progresses.

It would be cheerful working on this pretty piece during winter. It will keep the thoughts of spring that are just around the corner, in your mind. I always love to visit you place and see what gorgeous embellishment you have been up to.
