Slow Stitching Sunday


 My little NZ mandala is very close to finished.  Or is it finished?  I am loving it just as it is so I should probably stop.  However, I had thought that some green beads would be a good addition so I am still considering adding them.  I suppose I can just call this one done for now.  It never hurts to let an idea percolate.  There is no rush.  It isn't like I don't have other projects that I can work on!

You have such beautiful doilies to make mandalas with.There are already beads on this one, do you need more? If uncertain, just leave it to percolate a bit.

I smiled at your words "It isn't like I don't have other project that I can work on". Indeed, we creative types are spoilt for choice with projects, both those we are working on and those we are dreaming to start. Loving this little NZ mandala of yours, Angela. I wonder if those green beads will find a new home??

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
