Mandala Monday


 Merry Christmas!  My day will filled with mandala colouring and Christmas movies.  I am completely happy with that.  Giving my children the pleasure of time alone with their own families feels good to me. It is something I always wanted.  I hope that they truly enjoy it.

I have been printing some of my own mandala designs and colouring them in.  I started doing this years ago.  It feels more artistic to colour in my own designs.  I am always keen to be creative with my time but sometimes the hardest decision I want to make is choosing a colour.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
