Work in Progress Wednesday

Looking after my granddaughters is fun!  And tiring!  The oldest loves to make arts and crafts.  The youngest is only one year old and can't do the same things.  She can, however, wield a marker!  She will spend a lot of time scribbling on paper and love that.

So as to not waste the paper, I decided to turn it into a journal page.  I added some water to spread out the scribbles, and then I added dots.  It is ever so busy, but it was fun, and it will be a cheerful reminder of our time together.

  1. What a wonderful collaboration - granny and baby art!
Adding the dots gives the work a feeling of the creations of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama.
