Slow Stitching Sunday

More flowers!  I have used silk, printed fabrics and some really interesting textured fabric.  I have also used some fabric that I painted/dyed myself.  It is all so satisfying.  It is a simple pleasure to create these little beauties with scraps.

I am still pondering how I will use these flowers.  I wonder if I could use some of them to cover a journal.  That might be quite spectacular.

  1. That would be spectacular. I’m interested in all the journal that are showing up on IG and YouTube.

  2. Your creativity leaves me in awe of your imagination, skills and freedom to simply play with fabrics. When I grow up (LOL, I turned 64 this week), I hope to be like you! :)

  3. These are fun to see, Angela! I love the middle one on the bottom with the leaf beads. Happy Easter!

  4. At first glance, they look large, but when I noticed the sequins, I understood what scale they are. Yes, a journal cover of Wonky Mandala Flowers would be good.
