This is just a reminder of the classes I will be teaching in January. We will focus on creating an interesting journal cover in each class. For those that are interested in fibre/stitching these will be interesting surfaces that you can explore stitching into. For those that are not into fibre/stitching the surfaces we create will not require anything more to be done to them. I will be teaching some fun book arts workshops. Last January when I started the crazy quilt project I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do. That month I made a round piece. In February I made a heart piece and decided that I would stick with that shape for the rest of the year. I needed to create one more heart so that I would have an even number. I won't use the round piece in the quilt. It will have to find a home some where else.

December really zipped past! It feels good to be back to a regular routine, if my life could be considered regular! I had this bead piece done in December but just didn't find the time to post about it. I think it would be cool to do a post showing all 12 bead journal pieces together. I will have to do some digging in my photo archives and I hope to do that later this week. It certainly feels good to have stayed on track with this project. I haven't signed up to participate this year. I need a bit of a break from it.
