Princess Bubbles Creates

Does experimentation count as work in progress?  I think so.  I have been playing with watercolors on coffee filters.  I like the results but they are not quite what I was hoping to achieve.  More play is necessary.  I can foresee myself beading on these.  They will need to be fused to an interfacing first. What a thrill it was for me to get to the Dale Chihuly exhibit at the Royal Ontario Museum.  His work is absolutely stunning.  This is a small part of the ceiling installation.  So beautiful! I have made some progress on my bead journal.  Those yellow beads are seeming awfully bright right now.  Not sure, might have been a poor choice.  Once more beads are added they might not seem so in your face.  I am not ready to remove them just yet. Working with some silk again.  Yum!  I have added some silk ribbon roses to this piece and still need to add four more.  Then the beading will commence.  I can't wait to see how this one turns out.  I am already loving it. I am linking with http://ninamariesayre.blogspot.ca/
