Slow Stitching Sunday
I have made significant progress on this beaded mandala. First I cut a kirigami shape and used it as a mask. I sprayed dye over it to create the design on the fabric. I then began to fill in the white space with beads. I do love a piece that is encrusted with beads. It is indeed slow stitching and when it starts to feel a bit tedious I have to put it down.
