Slow Stitching Sunday
I am pleased that I got this stocking done in time for Christmas. I think it turned out all right. It is rather busy with all those Christmas patterns but the lace pulls things together. Some of the fabrics hold special memories. Fabrics that were once clothing worn by family members. Also, there is a scrap of fabric from when my Mom made a very sweet Christmas dress for one of her granddaughters. I must check in with that niece. She loves to stitch.
