Water
I am still playing with my water experiments. Possibly this piece could use more work. It is rather simple but not every piece has to be a star. I did a surface treatment on sheer fabric, pulled some threads to fray that sheer fabric and stitched to the velvet base. I also added some beading. I am linking to http://ninamariesayre.blogspot.com/
