Taking it further
This piece started life as a sweater. I purchased it at a thrift store already shrunk and felted. I felted it further and then needle felted in some loose flowers. I am now adding some stitches to it. So far just some silk ribbon French knots. The wool is quite lovely to stitch into but I do have to be aware of the gaps that were formed when it was knit.
