Work in Progress Wednesday
I have tacked some small scraps of silk onto this hand-dyed cotton. I plan to turn this into a lush garden. It is not a big piece, so filling it in with stitching should not take long. Then what? I don't have a plan. When do I? I am thinking it would be a good idea to figure out the end goal for this piece before I proceed any further. Maybe it is the right size to cover a journal or a box. Maybe it is close and adapting the size now would make the most sense.
