any ideas?

I bought these beautiful packages of silk threads and ribbons from Treenway a few years ago.  I really want to use them but I am a bit stuck.  I would like to use each set together as each set is so well coordinated. Would you separate them and use as needed?

    If I didn't have a project in mind for the set, but was working on something that some of the threads would be perfect for, I'd be using them. drooling.....

    I have a horrible habit of buying things with projects in mind and not getting around to the projects and then being unwilling to use the things I bought because they're already associated with a particular project in my mind. I am now trying to learn to use things as they feel useful rather than trying to save them for "that perfect" occasion.

    It wont matter if you break the sets, because whatever is left will be useful for something else.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
