Slow Stitching Sunday

I am still working away at attaching my circles to this piece.  I have added some other stitching as well.  I am very keen to add some beading to this one but that must wait.  Beading needs to be the last step.  I don't need the frustration of my threads getting snagged on the beads.

Progress can feel oh so slow.  Especially when it is because I am distracted by other projects!

  1. Circles are so beautiful of pieced patchwork - they add softness, movement and a bit of pizazz.
Yes, it is frustrating when work goes more slowly than we want. Adding beads midway will always give problems with tangling threads.

  2. So pretty. The circles definitely add interest.

  3. That's a pretty one, Angela! I like how the circles contrast with the straight lines of the background.
