March crazy quilt project

Hmm, not a great picture.  The butterfly doesn't sparkle in this image like it does in real life.  Drag.  Actually, now that I am really looking at this block I am thinking it isn't quite finished.  I find looking at photos really helps me to see what is missing/lacking.  I wonder why that is?

    I often do the same...It is amazing what the lens of a camera reveals that the naked eye doesn't...Sometimes the distance of time does the same... Your heart looks like it is coming along beautifully..

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
