Work in Progress Wednesday

My art bra 'Fruit Cups' is coming along.  I have added some fruit beads and other pieces of fruit that seem to be made of paper, possibly.  I would love to get this finished up in the next week or two as I have an idea for a second bra.  If anyone is interested in contributing and art bra to Her Cup Runneth Over fundraiser for HopeSpring Cancer Support please contact me through this blog.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
