Experiments

It has been a while since I have had the time to play and experiment.  Well, at least with no expectation of taking it further.  I created this leaf with my Prismacolor pencil crayons on fabric.  I could add beads and/or stitching to it.  Or I could just file it away as an interesting experiment.  Ultimately, I enjoyed doing it and that is enough.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
