Work in Progress Wednesday

I am making good progress on my bead journal project.  I am having a lot of fun with it.  I am planning to use it as a cover on an altered book.

    Oh my gosh, yes, you are! You have used such interesting things to combine into a lovely floral display. I am interested in seeing what the final project looks like, because right now, I think it could go several directions. I love the little almost-hidden butterfly piece - button or charm, or even old jewelry, I'm not sure, but it's quite lovely.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
