Work in Progress Wednesday

While going through some of my painted and dyed fabric I came across this piece of felt.  It screamed landscape to me.  I started adding in some stitches.  I plan to remove the pink wheel cup 'flower' I stitched near the top.  It isn't working for me.  I am not quite sure what the next step is.  Any suggestions?

    To me it is a wonderful underwater landscape. I think the Buttonhole Wheel Cup is ok, maybe in a darker pink... How about adding a half Whipped Buttonhole Wheel as a shell? Or some beads for bubbles... I think the colours are great!

    This is lovely, I can really see it n the felt. think the cup flower would improve in a darker colour, but I also think it may not fit where it is maybe with more of same in a group? . Love your work, only just found again xx

    I see a landscape too! I can see an underwater landscape... and an outer space/fantasy landscape. With your stitching, though, it is becoming an underwater landscape to me. It is beautiful! I agree with Queeniepatch about the beds for bubbles.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
