Work in Progress Wednesday

My bead journal for January is giving me a bit of a hard time.  I have a six inch square of wool felt, the colour in the photo is all wrong.  It is actually much more vibrant.  I have embroidery JOY and plan to bead the rest of the square.  I have been lacking inspiration for this.  Just this minute I looked over at one of my crazy quilts and inspiration hit me.  I think I know the direction to take with this.  Love it!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
