Take a Stitch Tuesday

It seems like it has been ages since I have participated in Take a Stitch Tuesday with Sharon B.  I have stitched the Pistil stitch onto handmade paper.  I started doing this years ago and got sidetracked from it.  I have all the paper cut and ready to be stitched.  I have about 10 more pieces of paper left to stitch upon.  I plan to assemble them all into a concertina book when I am finished.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
