Working at Finishes

I have had these four blocks stitched together for a while.  I had been thinking I would add more blocks to them and make a bigger quilt.  Nothing was working for me though.  I have decided that these four are enough.  I am having fun further embellishing them.  I love it when I figure it out.  I have a plan and that makes me eager to get it done.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
