Work in Progress Wednesday

 

The wool base for this mandala is actually a light blue.  The camera did not capture the colour properly at all.  I have a good start on this mandala.  The centre is two colours of paper in a coil atop a piece of sequin waste.  I love coming up with different ways to start my mandalas!  I have also couched down some turquoise braid.  

I now must focus on finishing some of the recently started mandalas.  It doesn't feel good to have too many on the go at one time.
