Mandala Monday a day late

It feels good to be back home after a lovely vacation.  While away I brought my watercolour journal of mandalas.  I am rather proud of myself.  I was brave and I took my journal with me while we sat by the pool.  I contentedly worked on my mandalas in public!  A kindly older gentleman watched while I worked on this one.  He sweetly told me he thought it was beautiful.  So nice!  He even called his wife over to see it.

I am happy to say that I graciously accepted the compliment and wasn't embarrassed.

  1. What on earth is there to be embarrassed about? I am sure that by working in public, you are making the onlooker happy. Especially when you have such beautiful Mandalas to show. Who knows, you may have inspired the kind gentleman to take up art, himself.
