Work in Progress Wednesday

Here is my February crazy quilt block.  It is almost the end of the month and I don't feel it is quite done yet.  Still needs a little something.  I guess I will be late with my block again.  Not good!

    You have put a lot of beautiful embellishments and stitches on this block. Why not leave some space for later. Once you have joined the blocks together - if that is what you will do with all the blocks - then you can fill in the empty parts.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
