Work in progress Wednesday

Here is my August block again.  I have added some ribbon stitching, feather stitch and some blue beads.  I plan to add more blue beads and more feather stitching.  The block might be finished after that but I will wait to see once that is done.  I am linking with

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
