Work in Progress Wednesday

This is my crazy quilt block for December.  There is still a lot to do.  I hope I can find the time.  December is so busy.  Granted it is busy with fun things which is good.  Stitching quietly is good for my soul and a most welcome break from the holiday busyness.

    You have a lot of pieces in this block. The round Christmassy piece tells us it is DECEMBER!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
