Take a stitch Tuesday


I am delighted that Sharon at http://pintangle.com/ has posted a new stitch.  I am an eager learner!  This week the stitch is Linked Chain stitch.  I liked it so well I did it in three different places on a couple of crazy quilts.  I am excited to do the Beaded Chain stitch next week.  I think I will do it on my bead journal project for February.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
