Work in progress Wednesday

I made a bit of progress on this piece in the last week.  I am not quite sure where I found the time to do it but am very glad I did.  I crocheted some little roses and added them.  I also stitched on some little fabric flowers and some beads.  I took the photo upside down and now I am wondering if I like it better that way.  We will see.  I don't have decide for a while.

    This is quite a gorgeous little piece, Angela! I love all your hand painted laces, they give a wonderful moody effect.

    But I still hate this darned embellishment webring that you belong to. I delete my cookies daily, so every time I visit your blog I get redirected to the ring first. I would think again about whether it benefits you.

    I have removed the bloggers who embellish web ring. It is causing too much trouble and just not worth it. Thanks for being patient with my blog!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
