Take a stitch Tuesday

I have worked the long tail beaded chain stitch onto my bead journal for June.  I quite enjoyed doing it.  It is a simple but pretty stitch.  I think it works well here.  I will likely add some more to this piece.  You can find the instructions at http://pintangle.com/

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
