Work in Progress Wednesday

This is truly a work in progress.  This is the start of my crazy quilt block for May.  I am going for more of a collage feel with it.  I have a few issues with it at this point but feel I can deal with them as I start embellishing.

    This is interesting with angular pieces at the top and the flowing quality at the bottom.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
