Take a Stitch Tuesday

Sharon B at http://pintangle.com/2015/09/01/take-a-stitch-tuesday-stitch-8-chain-stitch/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Pintanglecom+%28pintangle.com%29  has some gorgeous samples of the chain stitch.  I stitched mine with a metallic Kreinik thread.  Again, it is stitched on handmade paper.  I appreciate the simplicity of  this and will continue to keep the stitching simple as I work on paper.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
