The start of my January Bead Journal

The background I created with a lot of yarns and threads.  I added a metal piece that I embossed on a shell slice.  I also added alcohol inks to the metal for color.  I picked out the beads today so I better get stitching them!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
