Webs of Thread


Top photo I stitched with gold and silver Kreinik threads of different thicknesses.  I rather like the web I created.  Bottom photo I used thread I found in the fly tying section of a sporting good store.  Love that it has variegated colors.  Aw, sparkle and thread make me so happy!  These two pieces may end up in one project somewhere down the line.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
