Slow Stitching

I know some people really dislike handwork but not me.  I am so enjoying this little project.  Using my hand dyed silk thread feels so good, so relaxing.

    Ditto!! I love hand stitching too.......as I think you know.....my recent eye surgery has caused a pause with that form of stitching but FINALLY.....my vision is slowly improving and I see the light at the end of a dark tunnel!!!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
