Take a Stitch Tuesday

This is the Slipped Detached Chain with added beads.  Sharon B kindly gives the instructions on her blog.  I have done this stitch enough that I felt comfortable to try something new with it.  New for me at least.  Spacing isn't super neat or neat at all, but I still like the way it looks.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
