Take a Stitch Tuesday

I have added the Woven Detached Chain to this piece.  I really like the woven stitches.  They add so much texture.  Thanks to Sharon B at Pintangle for the instructions.  This piece will require more of these stitches.  This piece has been languishing in a pile and I kind of forgot about it.  Time to resurrect it!

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
